Privacy Policy

Photo Library

Orgo requests read and write access to show photos for review, update favourites, and remove photos you mark for cleanup. Photo processing happens on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to Orgo or the developer. Removing photos always uses Apple’s system confirmation.

Information stored on your device

Review choices, daily targets, streaks, filters, preferences, and progress are stored locally so Orgo can restore your session. You can erase this information using Reset All App Data in Orgo Settings or by deleting the app.

Backups

You can manually export a backup containing Orgo settings and review choices. If you enable Automatic Backup, Orgo stores the same type of data in your private iCloud Drive container and checks for changes shortly after the app opens. Backups never contain photos. The developer cannot access your private iCloud data.

For manual exports, you choose where the file is saved and are responsible for deleting copies stored outside Orgo. For iCloud backups, Apple processes and stores the data under your iCloud account and Apple’s privacy terms.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Orgo schedules local notifications through iOS. Orgo does not use a remote notification server and does not receive notification activity.

Sharing

If you choose Share Photo, Orgo opens Apple’s system share sheet. The destination you select receives the photo under its own privacy practices. Orgo and the developer do not receive a copy.

Your choices

You can change Photo Library or notification access in iOS Settings at any time. You can turn Automatic Backup off or use Delete iCloud Data in Orgo Settings to remove Orgo’s cloud copy. Reset All App Data removes Orgo’s local review information without deleting photos. Photos are only removed when you confirm Cleanup and Apple’s deletion prompt.
